Just this day

I found this inspiring story about Elizabeth Edmunds, who had an idea that has become a vision, which is to get people to stop together on one day: NOVEMBER 28th. She has invited organizations and faiths to open their doors to everyone who wishes to take part on November 28th by simply being still.

We invite you into stillness for ‘Just THIS Day’. People of different cultures, from all over the world are gathering together on this day to sit in stillness. This is an idea that has gained momentum around the world and has united all cultures and religions.

For just a few minutes of your day, whether it is for one minute or for 30 minutes, switch to silence.

It is an opportunity to take a step away from the prison of noise and to come together in silence, which has the potential to truly change the world for the better.

On Wednesday 28 November 2007 take the time to join the rest of the world. Every single moment of stillness makes a difference.

On a regular basis some of my clients ask me ‘What is Enlightenment?’

As I’m personally very interested in that topic and Enlightenment is one of my goals in life, let’s investigate the meaning from various angles. For the next couple of weeks I will be posting various articles on that topic. Let’s first start with a video.

If you’re interested and you’ve got 4.42 min to spare watch this video by Bhagavan:

So are you sitting here in this state?
